Marlboro, MA - After a successful weekend at the Beantown Classic in Marlboro, MA, Chris Wagner has accepted a full scholarship to Colgate University (ECAC Div. 1) Ivy League. Wags is a 1991 birth power forward who played for the South Shore Kings in the Eastern Junior Hockey League. Wags was recruited by Peter Ward to play for the Kings from Xaverian High School in 2008. Chris will again play for the South Shore Kings this season after leading the team in scoring with 20 goals as a rookie. Congrats to Chris and his family. Well deserved!
