Greer will try out at the Montreal Junior's training camp in late August.
Mooseheads GM Cam Russell said Greer will attend Montreal's camp on a conditional basis. If he cracks their roster, the Mooseheads land a draft pick. Greer, 18, is a former second-round pick known for his skating ability. But the 6-foot, 168-pounder struggled to gain weight in two seasons with the Mooseheads and was mostly relegated to the press box, appearing in just 23 games. |
