- The Beantown Bullies are proud to announce that United States Junior Hockey
League's Sioux Falls Stampede goaltender Clay Witt will join the Bullies for the Chowder Cup Tournament July
26-28. The Aug 24th, 1991
birth Tampa, FL native went 8-6-1 with a 2.99 GAA and a
.911 save percentage in 18 games in his first season with the Herd. He went 1-1
with a 2.49 GAA and a .935 save percentage in three appearances in the
playoffs.
Witt spent the 2007-08 season with the Boston
Jr. Bruins where he posted a 44-5-3 record with a 1.92 GAA and a .920 save
percentage.
Northeastern University
is located in Boston, MA and are members of the Hockey East
Conference. The Huskies are coming off one of the best seasons in school
history, going 25-12-4 and advancing to the NCAA tournament for the first time
since 1994.
